Organic box delivered on 21st October. Lots of goodies this week and I got a few extra things as well. Yummy organic grainy sourdough, oranges to make juice (I love using 2 oranges, hand squeezing and with lots of pulp – yum!), half a pumpkin and a bottle of water.

Explain to me about the bottle of water – an odd choice I would have thought, especially given the recent coverage of towns banning bottled water sales.

Unfortunately the bottle of water (which comes frozen) is about keeping the box of produce cool on the way to being delivered – so it is a practical thing. It does not get delivered to my door until the afternoon and if it is a hot day, then the frozen bottle of water makes all the difference to the condition of the produce. I am unsure if they have an alternative, but I will ask them. Thanks Lys!
