These days I do most of my organic shopping at the Everleigh Farmers Markets on a Saturday morning. My two main fruit and vegetable suppliers are Champion Mountain Organics and Kurrawong Organics – both fantastic quality produce. I also buy bread from La Tartine Organic Breads and meat from a number of suppliers that I will talk about more in another blog. So here was my basket of goodies from today. I am planning on cooking a mushroom pasta for dinner tonight and I just might photograph it and include a pic – see how I go.
